18-WHEELER CRASH CLOSES I-69

8 AM-An 18-wheeler crash has closed all main lanes of I-69 southbound at Townsend in Humble. HAZMAT International is on the scene doing the cleanup. Humble Towing will then remove the truck. Expect it to be closed until at least 1 pm.
