545PM DPS Trooper has just witnessed a road rage shooting in the 20300 block of US 290 as he was out on a traffic stop. Wanted are two-black males in a black Lexus outbound US 290 at Huffmeister. Calling for EMS bullet passed through the driver’s hoodie and hit a 14-year-old passenger.
