SPRING, TX- On Tuesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office initiated a traffic stop in the 5400 block of Louetta Road. During the roadside investigation, the Deputies determined the driver, 62-year-old Marcia Herron, allegedly purchased a fictitious temporary tag to alter the vehicle identification number and registration.
