Harris County Precinct 4 Deputies have located the vehicle involved in the earlier fatal hit-and-run bicycle crash at Airtex and Brundage. The vehicle is located at Willow Briar and Bayberry Meadows in the Timber Crossing Neighborhood. This is near Richey and Ella.
