On April 24, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 5900 block of Timber Oaks Ridge in reference to a disturbance. Upon the deputy arriving the suspect immediately turned his aggression towards her. While the Constable Deputy attempted to detain the suspect, he resisted and assaulted the deputy, causing minor injuries. ...
